Online Kettlebell Class

The Online Kettlebell Class I run is specifically aimed at the learning, practice, and performance of Kettlebell Sport lifting.

Class takes place on Monday at 6:30pm - 7:30pm and are accessed via Zoom platform.   

The classes are organised into 4 week blocks after which there is a recess week off before the next block.  Each block is made up of x3 training sessions which are geared towards, and culminate in an end of block online test event.  This has previously included: kettlebell pentathlon, half marathons and traditional 10min Girevoy sport.   This once a month test event will help you to track your improvement both physically and technically, and help motivate you through the preceeding training sessions.

 

The Group number is kept small so that individual feedback can be given on your technique, so you are not lost in a sea of tiles on zoom, merely following along to instruction.  Training with other people does add motivation to pull you through tough training, not only that, you can learn a lot from observing other peoples lifting techniques, which helps make sense out of what are quite technical lifts.
